Where We Work
Our Work in Zimbabwe
In applying the change theory, we have crafted and implemented the following programmes for individuals, communities, organisations and the government of Zimbabwe:
- Rural Industrialisation and Implementation of Heritage-Based Education 5.0. We work in Partnership with Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education Innovation Science and Technology Development (MHTEISTD).
- Land Tenure Implementation Programme in collaboration with Ministries of Lands, Local government, Finance and justice and Legal.
- Reparations for Colonial Injustices in Partnership with Ministry of Local Government and Public Works
Our work on the Afrikan Continent
- Over last decade we provide strategic advisory services to Africa Union (AUC/AUDANEPAD) on Comprehensive African Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP). We also support mainstreaming AUC/AfDB/UNECA Land Policy Initiative (LPI); we have led development of Guiding Principles for Large Scale Land Based Investments (LSLBI) in Africa.
- Land Policy Initiative of the Africa Union
- We provided leadership in drafting of Science Agenda for Agriculture in Africa, covering cropping, livestock-pastoral and food systems, under auspices of Forum for the Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA).
- We have worked on short term assignments and/or advised African governments on agriculture and land: Malawi, Cameroon, Tanzania, South Sudan, Uganda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Burundi, Rwanda, Kenya, Swaziland, Lesotho and South Africa.
- Dismantling and Decolonizing mental dualities and rebuilding leadership for Afrika’s development
- Pillar 2: Dismantling the dual economy and material dualities, (missing pillar 3?)
- Pillar 4: Rural Industrialisation – sustainable intensification of agriculture integrated with village and township manufacturing and tertiary economy
- Pillar 5: Rebuilding social, environmental and spiritual capital, reinventing community based natural resources management
- Integrating rural-urban economies into one mainstream economy
- The Hubs are foundation for a RURAL-URBAN INDUSTRIAL INTEGRATION AND ECONOMY LINKAGE PROGRAMME under NDS 2.
- Dismantle the ‘Dual Economy’ and its ‘Middle-Income Trap’ affecting Zimbabwe and all 55 African countries.
- Pilot with a Community Industrial Innovation Hub in each province under NDS 2.
